My Zune 4 has gone crazy loco. The back button no longer works, and it won't shut off. If I try to turn it off it immediately switches back on. Since the back button doesn't work I can't do a hard restart, either. It's less than a year old (it was a Christmas gift). Any suggestions, or should I use this as my opportunity to tell my wife I need a Zune HD?
