follow these directions. If you don't, he'll break your legs! Hahaha! Seriously though.
Our rules have been updated and given
their own forum. Go and look at them! They are nice, and there may be new ones that you didn't know about! Hooray for rules! Hooray for The System! Hooray for Conforming!

jobs requiring five years previous experience.
That sucks, Johnathon Coulton was great at Pax, mainly played songs I've heard but did them live. Also forgot the second verse from I feel fantastic and the crowd had to remind him, it was great.
seriously. if you like metal you should enjoy this. click the video i posted at ze least.
A lot of positions you apply for here suggest that you have a minimum of 5 years experience in the field. This sometimes also includes stuff like "Or a related college degree + X years," or "An equivalent amount of related experience" and the like. Other times, though, it's worded in a way of "If you don't have this, don't even bother applying."
Which I said was stupid, because I rarely see a big difference between 2 years experience and 5 years experience, with a few exceptions. I mean I can see a difference when it comes to promoting someone, as the 5 year person will have seen more exceptional conditions that aren't dealt with regularly. But for a new hire that's pretty stupid. Also it has nothing to do with their work ethic or how they are as a person. I mean if you can hold a job for 1 year you can hold a job for any length of time really.
Much like they did!
