    Forget Watterson, let's get Larson.

Easily one of the best in the newspapers. Just a shame he doesn't write it everyday now.

Man I used to love the shit out of Get Fuzzy

    Foxtrot is great.

    I also love Get Fuzzy.

I used to love Bizarro before Piraro got really preachy. Haven't read it in a while. Maybe he's regained his composure with the new administration. I also went to school with his daughter. She was in my French class.

So. When do we get a news story about gamers spreading the plague?

    Wired News has a thing

PAX Swine Flu Outbreak Soars to Nearly 100 Cases of ‘H1Nerd1′
With sick gamers documenting their illnesses on Twitter, the organizers of last weekend’s Penny Arcade Expo are urging everyone who attended to take an apparent swine flu outbreak seriously.

PAX organizers say they have confirmed nearly 100 cases of H1N1 virus infections, or swine flu, in the wake of the Seattle videogame convention, which drew approximately 75,000 gamers to the Washington State Convention and Trade Center between Sept. 4 and 6.

oh I don't think it'd be like, beyond his capabilities

I just don't think it'd be something he'd normally do; Calvin and Hobbes was ultimately whimsical, whereas Penny Arcade has always indulged in the crass and physical. Could Watterson execute something with incredible mastery and subtle wit? Of course. Would he want to do it about two guys who play video games? I don't think so. Of course, if he did make a comic for Penny Arcade, I think it would be brilliant, but probably more in the vein of this (aka a pretty major departure for PA) than this

Every time I try to explain this better I start writing words like 'floating' and 'airy' and then 'solid' and 'bright' which aren't really helpful at all! What is wrong with you, brain.
