    Syndicated humor is more tame and reserved than what we here on the Internet are used to.

    If this had been part of a Foxtrot storyline about Jason going to PAX I'm sure we would all be amazed that it was getting put in the newspaper.

    It's not like we're at that dude's website, reading his comics on a daily basis.

    As funny as it is, it really doesn't begin to negate the amount of offensive stupidity that was the lookout threads. The whole matter was just a stain on the forums in general and continues to be to this day.

    edit: referring to the attitudes in the threads, and not the comics themselves.
