Yeah, that's all you would hear. The only thing they took straight from the games are the death sounds, and those are only on Hope Rides Alone on the Act I vinyl.

I seeeeeee
was there anything on the Fade to Phil version of Due Vendetta? It's longer and has some really weird sounds.
If the last week has taught me anything, it's that the Megaman "Canon" gets exponentially better the further it's removed from the original Videogames.
I am thrilled beyond thrills that this will *not* be what The Film looks like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kZ2NA--PFbE&feature=player_embedded
And it stresses just how important it is that they chose to film Act II instead, as it allows them the freedom to NOT dress up some dude in crappy looking armor, have *good* looking props and tell a good story.
Act I tends to be represented by this sort of Industrial Wild West look
There's a poster in the Act I vinyl of Mega and Proto
Mega, I think, is rocking a duster and Proto has the Eastwood-style serape (like he does in the live shows)

Tell you what
Next time I hang out with my good friends, the guys who wrote it, I'll ask them
you won't be able to step into the light again
it's just not the same without you yelling DINGDINGDINGDINGDINGDINGDING into the voice channel
God the MM2 soundtrack is so good.
It is one of the very few video game soundtracks I listen to for a game I haven't played.

...the entire point of American Barbarian and that Mega Man artwork is that it's in the Kirby aesthetic
Jack Kirby
king of comics
artist and co-creator of most of Marvel and the Fourth World in DC
Only the finest webcrumblics.
You do that. While I enjoy comics over an electronic medium.
check yourself before you get your shit wrecked
that's it give me your face
because capcom beat mega man to death with a shovel and hid his body under the porch

bravo
kirby is overrated
but still very good
i think he's as highly rated as he is deservedly
the man revolutionized the art form
the most, possibly
but I think it's important to note that he also went a little off the rails in later years
and when he wrote, he wrote essentially the same thing over and over
i just think his strengths greatly outbalance his weak points, which are there

duster and serape is indeed what they wear
God, I hope that is the actual cover art.
