But it's not like you feel the whole volume of the thing. It's filled with blood.

No you just feel the skin part, mostly. So it's kind of taught and squishy at the same time. But anyone who's touched one would know that.

I've only ever had the pelvic check-up twice, and there was a span of about 8 years between the two

Only ever been to a doctor when I've been ill or when I've needed the pill, and I've never been examined below my throat (guess all my problems have always been ENT related)
