Our new Indie Games subforum is now open for business in G&T. Go and check it out, you might land a code for a free game. If you're developing an indie game and want to post about it, follow these directions. If you don't, he'll break your legs! Hahaha! Seriously though.
Our rules have been updated and given their own forum. Go and look at them! They are nice, and there may be new ones that you didn't know about! Hooray for rules! Hooray for The System! Hooray for Conforming!
Well yeah. This is a topic on how a lot of classic games just haven't aged well at all. For instance, I just tried playing Nethack. Now, I know it's supposedly one of the greatest games ever made due to it's sheer size, scope and inovative gameplay for the time, but I just quit after 5 minutes.
I know it came out in 1985, still couldn't play, even the graphical version.
And I know lots of PS1 games are now considered "ugly as shit", though they may still be loads of fun.
In addition to the above, what older/classic games would you like to see remade?
