I maintain Taken was pretty stupid with a stupid plot but LIAM NEESON BEATING BEOPLE UP for like an hour and a half made that movie great to me.
I was surprised to find out this was made by Australians. It's starring all American actors in an American setting though, so I don't think we can count that as a win for Australian cinema (Pretty shitty).
