    i was vaguely following this at the bar but now i'm home i didn't realize it was this close

    that georgetown-temple game today was horrible from an execution standpoint, but it was close and exciting at the end (college basketball in a nutshell)

    Yeah. The Reese's ads aren't as bad as Texas Tech's with the O'Reily Autoparts ads all over the place.

    It's still very ugly.

    yeah it was a neutral court, they mentioned that a couple times (not sure where it was exactly)

    well, exciting games today but all of them were a bit of a letdown

    neutral courts dont exist... i hate espn for endorsing neutral court.

    actually i hate espn for a lot of reasons, but oh well. I wish the zags would have won that, but w 7 freshmen and the refs suddenly calling everything on both sides the dynamic changed bigtime. I can see them going deep once they get some more experience.

    Oh gonzaga basketball, my 2nd bastion of a connection to the world when i lived in spokane.

    some crazy games today... Villanova needed a buzzer beating 3 to survive George Mason.

    #12 Cal got blown the fuck out by #24 Syracuse.

    Early indications are that the Pac-10 fucking blows.

    but i think he's cbs exclusive, so i don't think he does any regular season stuff because i think most of that goes to nance

    Kentucky beat Sam Houston State (from Southland!) 102-92

    Apparently Kentucky kind of sucks. Fine by me.
