Blame the wacky day 1 RNG.

2 red shells were on Burnage, 1 on B:L, 1 on Toxic Toys. :lol: 2 were used defensively.

1 green shell on Burnage, 1 on B:L, as well. 1 used defensively.

That was all the result of three players.



Crazy RNG, there was a 10% chance of a special role item when picking up an item block, 75% chance to pick up a block automatically. Against the odds, people rolled six specials. D:

After that, people mismanaged the few kills that were received, like misfiring or thunderbolts while saving or not even sending in an order.

Yeah, if FWD wasn't mafia, he was obviously the primary target for the mafia since he had more access to points than even the person we'd chosen for first. The mafia would've had to kill him to win, so the only way he wouldn't be attacked is if he was himself mafia.

Given that, it wouldn't make a difference if I attacked him or not.

I realize belatedly that I am a moron. So I stole Blarney's blue shell on night two. Conspicuously many of the leaders that night, if we were to believe the narration, used stars. So not much happened when I fired it.

How could such a conspiracy happen? Well, obviously if Blarney was evil, they knew a villager had a blue shell...

If FWD would have been supported then he would have likely at least placed enough to win it even with the mafia muscle. They would have had to remove him, and Blarney would have had to do that himself with his Bowser Shell, and it wouldn't have been an easy placing for him because of that so still not for sure.



Voting out Blarney would have likely assured victory.

And the entire reason I fired at FWD is because you were being such a dick and offering terrible ideas, seemingly intentionally. Then I drew a connection between you and FWD, spectrum did the same thing, kime agreed, and the strong possibility that FWD would be eliminated by a red shell anyway if he wasn't mafia sealed the deal.

I'm not blaming you. I'm just saying that I followed a logical train of thought that might've cost us in the end, just like the decision to vote out kime, vote for gumpy, and misuse items did as well to a lesser degree. It wasn't a random decision, and I did think it through and discuss it with one other person to confirm that what I was doing made sense.

I suppose none of that's relevant to you, though.

More realistically, the blue shell that my corpse would still be strapped to would begin the bloodhunt anew.

I thought that the mafia group was kind of weak (four players, no group kill except for Day 2), but the fact that we were networked together apparently helped us a lot. With the village in chaos on the last day, that somehow gave us the opportunity to earn victory. Myself and eecc were both behind by 8 points, and were seen as suspicious by members of the village... it was close.

Thanks for hosting such an engaging game, Infidel! There were more posts on the last day here than there are in the midgame for some main games...

Having a game where death isn't mandatory means that a lot of players can live to end game, and with the events and everything, lack of seers and specials and networks, the whole point of this game was that each individual player could make or break the game and stay interested.

He supported you pretty heavily and wasn't at all concerned about you getting hit by red shells, which to me indicated that he was crazy or knew that you weren't actually at risk for an attack from the mafia.
