Well, unless the village gets proof they'll scream for robos blood sooner or later. And if he actually isn't running some crazy gambit, they'll be sad.
You guys could pick a random person for me to Seer. I'll tell him or her what she is and that person will confirm me. If that person is mafia, then obviously I throw him or her to the wolves.
This is assuming I don't get role-blocked as well, of course.
I was intending to seer Ahava, but I'm also interested in Infidel because his lengthy discussion about the mechanics of the mafia mirrored a similar strategy I employed when I was mafia in the Aliens phalla. Ask questions about the mafia and people might think you aren't mafia. I also did the same thing in this game when I indicated that I put forth the possibility that the village might be able to choose between working with Megaman or Wily, which of course implied I was part of neither side.
Well, here's my position on Robos, for what its worth:
Option 1.) He is lying. Likely enough, and claiming to be the seer isn't something he can prove short of dying.
Option 2.) He is a seer. I still feel he will go network crazy and undermine the efforts of the village
Option 3.) He is a paranoid, naive, or insane seer. Everyone went straight to conversion mechanics, but I think these fall under the list of roles most folks don't like.
If I were the mafia, I would never have mentioned his pm to me in public, I would have used it to infiltrate his forming networks.
