    Thanks to everyone, I found the guitar itself and several reviews from different sites posted by people here, so thanks again. Now I just need money. I wish I hadn't blown most of the money I made this summer on stupid shit...god what the fuck was I doing withdrawing 150$ a week from the bank to spend on beer and shit at the mall earlier this year...

    I suppose I could sell my Tele, but I'm not sure how much it's worth. I have about a hundred tucked away that isn't required for food/gas/rent etc. as well.

    My suggestion for another guitar is a Mexican Fender. They're not that expensive and they're pretty much as good as Americans except for the electronics. And as for the kid who wants new pickups for his SG....

    Well then he should get one of those new SG Classics. Or get an original late 60s SG Special or SG Jr. Either way, he needs to get ahold of the P-90s.

    First off, if you're intop folk/fingerpicking, why get an electric?

    Get a nice martin acoustic for that.

    But Im gonna have to go with knob, the SG is awesome. I love my standard cherry red.

    But fok is traditionally done in acoustic. As well as fingerpicking.
