Yeah. Bullet time isn't exactly rare it is just slowing down enemies making them easier to kill without them being able to counterattack proper.

You basically get your own version of the Krogan charge.

Except it's way cooler, and you can use it on Krogans.

So...overall...I'll say ever class got some pretty good stuff. Except Soldiers, they still just shoot stuff, stuff is just slower now. Though we don't know what concussive blast is so that might be interesting.

Also, I do like what I hear about powers having "upgrades" like Throw upgrading to Heavy Throw or Throw Field. I wonder how many other powers have upgrades.

It's actually been in a number of videos, going all the way back to the E3 demo. It looks like what one would expect a grenade launcher to look like.

If you're talking about the Rocket Launcher. That was a Rocket Launcher. I can't remember ever seeing an instance of Concussive Shot.

I'm pretty sure every single one does. But it sounds like you'll only be able to evolve 2 or 3 of those powers on a typical playthrough.

I'm not talking about a rocket launcher.

Watch the E3 demos again. You'll see when Shepard is using the assault rifle, occasionally a projectile will come out and explode like a grenade. That's Concussive Shot.

Both version have optional film grain. You should turn it off on both versions. It doesn't effect performance, it just looks dumb.

Sure, if you think killing dudes in slow motion with an assault rifle that shoots fire bullets and exploding projectiles is boring.

The soldier certainly isn't the flashiest class, but I think it's going to be a lot of fun to play. It's worlds ahead of the ME1 soldier.

There is a kind of grain effect on the 360. I used it for the first playthrough and then shut it off so I could actually see. (It's not really bad, it's just completely unnecessary.)

Pretty much, yeah. We've had a video of the Vanguard in action but we haven't had a proper "class reveal" video and interview yet. We probably will.

You should also be able to get it on Xbox.com if you don't have LIVE according to the ME forums, but since it's set to come out at like 2am it'll likely be on youtube before this becomes particularly relevant.

If you pre-order from Gamestop you get the Terminus Armour set and the Blackstorm Heavy Weapon.

While I have no qualms about pre-order tchotchkes or anything, I am going to pre-order and would like to know if there are similar deals/incentives in The Old World across the pond.

As far as I can tell, GAME only have the Collector's Edition and I haven't really looked into things yet. I've been holding off on the hopes of a Steam release as with Dragon Age.

The Dragon Age Steam deal was convenience manifest and I would absolutely go for that if I could. But time is ticking and I want to put money down on this motherfucker sooner rather than later.

Some sweet-ass bonus gear would swing the deal one way or another. I'm assuming Evil Chris Priestly has made a post on the forums about it but they're blocked to me right now.
