My issue is that ellen and jo introduced the concept of John not being this bad ass hunter, but kind of a failure, prior to that there was no such distinction and their bullshit kind of ticked me off like that. Besides Ellen was always more annoying matronly then anything else.
I wouldn't say failure but willing to do anything for revenge.

Sometimes I read spoilers for movies I have no intention of seeing just so I can find out the inevitable plot twist. I did this with the past few M. Night movies.

I could see that if thats how it was portrayed, but that wasn't how it was portrayed and it needlessy weakend a great strong character.

Yeah I do that too.
Once when I was movie/music/game store, HMV, and the cashier girl, who was pretty cute in a punk way, asked if I wanted the ending to the Orphan spoiled for me (I forget how we got on topic to the orphan) and it was like sure.
Now I know that I will see the orphan. Well maybe if I am drunk and/or high.

I don't see all the plot holes being closed before the finale.

Was it? I kinda took that
John was a very self-centered, do it a lone type hunter that whenever he works with someone he finds them expendable.
Just like in season 4 when Sam is acting in a very dick manner, using people and telling lies to people to get them to help, like the little boy with the reapers, or the episode when they find out they have a brother, Dean makes the connection that he is more like John then he is.
Spoil the bioshock for me, I am curious if its the same thing I spoiled myself too.
Also I think the one time I got something spoilered to me over here was for Firefly.
spoilers for bioshock, the main spoiler
Atlas the person helping you is actually the real bad guy of the game, the phrase "Would you kindly" is a psychological code word he uses on you to get you to do things against your will (well that parts kind of the developer being cheeky as in fps's you tend to do whatever people tell you to).
Ironically, I commented on the "against your will thing" during the demo, when you lower the gun - I said something to the effect of "now, why can't I do that normally?"; my brother later mentioned that he thought I had figured out the twist. I also didn't trust Atlas. I saved the Little Sisters simply to spite him.

someone already said Oldman wasn't good in fifth element.
I'd kill myself if I thought that. if I ever say that, seriously, kill me or have me killed or something.

I dunno I always read it as.
John was the weaker of the two and Jo's father died due to his weakness, I think Meg taunted how much john was a coward, which was probably a demon lie, but it established the narrative.
Still I hope they secretly signed him back on to play god for the final episode.

Fifth Element is better then like all the Star Wars films combined. Hell it's a good film with Milla Jovovich, that has to count massively in its favour

So I'm kind of curious how the dolphin suit is rigged up. Is it hydraulic or just kind of actuated?
Yeah I think the prestige is just as good if not better the second time I watched it, but man it would suck not having that first viewing experience.

She almost always is fantastic.
She was also the best part about Adaptation, well a certain scene with her.

No they said that you would end up dying alone. Surrounded by cats.
Yet another reason to support dolphin personhood.
That's the first step. Next we need to determine how the dolphin grants consent.
I don't see all the plot holes being closed before the finale.

Idiots, philistines, people who are not super green.

yeah some people are fucking retarded. it's best to accept it and move on.
but just so I am not called a hypocrite, let me make it clear that I don't plan to move on.
I wonder what he did to make those cats want to kill him.

You are horrible! And wrong.
A seer said I would end up dying surrounded by raptors. I'd hardly call that alone and with cats.

The real tragedy here is that he had to play FF7.

There are people that like Chris Tucker?
Man you are so wrong.
That was a great game.
Jesus, that's just... that's fucking retarded on a level beyond saying Mark Hamil is not a good joker.
pleasepaypreacher.net
I really didn't like that movie, even though I love Gary Oldman. The best part was watching Mila Jovovich thrash around wearing band-aids.
Chris Tucker gives me a rash.
I think we had this conversation yesterday.
Friend has a copy of Immortal Beloved; is it worth watching?
It does not live up to the hype. plus I don't think it was ever really that great.
but they're listening to every word I say
People's horrible opinions astound me sometimes.
Its like what kind of terrible upbringing did they have to create an opinion like that?
3DS: 2852-6809-9411
Oldman? He is Dracula.
but they're listening to every word I say
I don't think I've heard of it, but if it has Oldman it's probably at least worth jacking off to once.
