Best super bow commercial ever was Terry Tate, office Linebacker.
Pretty much, yeah
It wasn't one commercial that was truly great, so much as the entire ad campaign.
All of them are likable, but watching all of them in succession is an experience.

I love jack, especially now that he's all surly and pissy all the time
I actually sympathize with him much more when he's surly and pissy instead of self-righteous and whiny.
My favorite was when he was all "whatever, fuck you guys, I'm just the janitor now".

Soooo
Is anyone going to mention that ad for The Late Show with Jay Leno in it?
The commercials were bad, there were actually a lot of old commercials and local commercials, which was really weird. Makes sense with recession hitting pretty much everyone, but it was weird.

The stage was cool but I thought they sounded horrible
I don't like the recent halftime shows that are a bunch of dried up old guys. The Rolling Stones were horrible.
loved the stage but yes, they weren't a great show. They did their best but they should just call it quits or maybe do songs that require less youngness
The Stones were pretty bad; I liked Springsteen's a lot; I don't remember a damn thing about Prince which leads me to believe I didn't even watch it; Tom Petty's was totally forgettable because I'm not a Tom Petty fan to start with
i actually double checked to make sure he hadn't died and been replaced

Yeah, I liked The Who too. Back in 1944 when they weren't dried up old bags who probably had electrodes jammed up their ass to make them run and jump and sing last night.
I heard next year they're gonna dig up Buddy Holly so he can play the big game.

The commercials were well done, I thought.
I liked the snickers one, the dodge one, and the brett farve one especially.

That's...not common
I hate Jack in a way that I enjoy
It is quite different from the way I hate Kate
Also the Sawyer gay thing is a big factor
