Yeah, I don't even care about cataclysm anymore. Which is strange because the black dragon flight was always some of my favorite lore.

I have 4 80's, which I would probably level first, 2 level 60+ toons sitting around and 2 more level 20's. I have no interest in new characters at all anymore. That and when I think about it, 90% of the WoW population made me cringe with disdain and hate. I played with like the same group of 20 people for the last 3 to 4 years while I lived in Japan and since I moved and my time doesn't line up with them anymore I lost what little interest in the game I had.
WoW just hit the point of every mmo I have played hardcore. I did it all, the content wasn't changing or the gameplay. I got bored with the leveling. The people I played with either disappeared or I couldn't play with them anymore. And I only got on because I felt I had to for others not for myself. Thus I am done, permanently. Last time this happened with DAoC WoW came out like 4 months later. This time I don't have a replacement and I am cool with that.

Yeah WoW very quickly becomes not fun when you no longer have people you know to play with, and instead are stuck playing with the rest of the WoW population.

I'm aware of things I should do, or that people say I should do, but to be totally honest about what I want I have absolutely no idea.
leads me to going to school and trying to get a job because that's what the person who currently provides for me wants, and that's as good a reason as any I have. it's not like he's making me work at a certain place or study a certain thing so I have options.
I feel like I'm moaning over nothing right now though. I'm lucky, and happy to a point... just need more purpose.
