Tim Curry is always a welcome surprise.

    Also, that's some epic arm-crossing.

    Tim Curry as a Frankfurter.

    Clever.

And now it's even MORE genius.

If it's the one with the cannibal hotdogs, then it's on the previous page.

Shaky cam footage of Young Justice has me excited. There is supposed to be a reason for all the ice related villains and I am very curious to know what it is.

    *Video*

Well that looked amazing. Not too excited about Robin's voice, but it was low quality shaky cam. Also looks like they're pulling a fast one with Speedy/Red Arrow since we know he's not part of the lineup and he wasn't part of the break-in sidekick team.

Interesting that there making Avengers light hearted and Young Justice grim dark but they both work in different ways.

About the HUB so far. More like TBS with a bit of the Fox Kids/FX tude. Most of the big guns haven't aired yet. Delouira Quest aired and while the first episode wasn't anything to sing about - its one of the better dubbed animes in a while. Good to have Batman Beyond and other forgotten shows have a home. So far so good.

Clearly, it's a villianous plot to convince the world that global warming is a myth.
After all, if the planet really was heating up, would there be that many ice guys running around doing stuff?

This week's Adventure Time was freaky, in a good way of course.

I would absolutely love to see a Halloween special featuring Marceline.

On the other hand, I guess you could say that every episode of Adventure Time could be a Halloween special...

Did you not see Robin being electrocuted? Or the fact Superboy's a newly aware clone from Cadmus? And the creepy test-tube babies and general aesthetic of the lab?

MIB the first movie and MIB the series are like

Some of the best things ever

(Mind you, I haven't seen the first movie in years)

I still remember the time-travel immune Jay episode. Good times.

I hope the lesson at the end of that My Little Pony episode is that she defeats the Evil Mare via magic she learned studying while using her new "friends" as cannon fodder.

Ooooh, MIB. Yeah, I'll agree that it's a really underrated series... they did a lot of interesting things with the concept, without over-relying on stuff lifted directly from the movie. Shame it never got a DVD release.

Ah man, now I'm thinking back to the mid-90s when everything on Kids WB was golden. Pinky and the Brain, Freakazoid, Earthworm Jim, Superman/Batman/Beyond, etc. etc.

So tonight's Regular Show was ridiculous, especially with cannibal hot dogs and Mordecai's dream.

Like par for the course ridiculous or extra ridiculous?

Not extra, but it has its own special brand in my opinion.

    get it while it's hot

So much good crap doesn't have DVD releases, and so much else only has half releases. I just found the first two DVD sets for Darkwing Duck for cheap... but Disney never released any others. And having to buy FOUR individual volumes of Spec Spidey for season two, when the first season is in one tidy little bundle, drives me bonkers.

Based solely on Regular Show, I'm going to guess that "pissed' is now A-OK as far as Cartoon Network is concerned.

Since this is about western animation, I wanted to mention that I just finished marathoning my way through Avatar: The Last Airbender.

*whistle* They sure don't make them like that very often.

I saw some scenes from the movie today (someone at work had it... I didn't ask)

    They are pretty bad
