I have an account. I closed it earlier but I want to reopen it.

It's still up, the videos are still there.
However, when I try to log in, it tells me
"Your account has been permanently disabled."
And I can't find a way to contact YouTube!
I use their forms about disabled accounts, and they tell me, your account works.
Because it does work, but I can't log in to change anything...
