The Vortex here in Atlanta has the "Elvis Burger" - fried plantains, peanut butter, and bacon on a 1/2 lb patty. It's actually really good. Also, not their craziest burger.

I was a doubter of peanut butter on burgers until I tried it.

It was fantastic. I was expecting a big glob of peanut butter on top of my beef patty. Instead it was like a spread on the bun and it really gave the burger a nice smoky, peanut taste that did not overpower the rest of the burger

There is a restaurant here in town (pretty nice high-ish class place) that on Wednesday night is burger night and $2 beer.

I went with my wife this week. The special was a Thai burger, with peanut sauce, red pepper, bean sprouts, and sriracha on it. It was so good.

You should see the rest of the burger menu.

They used to have a Spicy basil burger. It had jalapenos, and tons of basil, and i think cilantro. It was super hot, but so delicious i couldn't stop eating.
