cheap wifi thing

I have been wanting something I can surf the web on. But I dont have much money I have wifi in my house and was thinking about getting a blackberry off ebay 100bucks. is there a cheaper way to go or is there a better way to spend my money. I have a Motorola Clutch and that does what I need. But that is not wifi its just over the cell network and cost 50bucks a month. sorry if I should have posted this in tech but I have been looking and need help.

    Try and find a used cheap ipod touch. They're great for light web browsing. That's basically all I do on mine.

    get a refurbished netbook (or a used one on ebay)...

    for $90 a while back.... great for basic websurfing, some word processing, even has some linux games on it.
