Need to travel to another galaxy? No prob, mass effect drive. Need to not die when a dozen people are peppering you with bullets? Mass effect field! Need to be resurrected from the dead? I'm pretty sure mass effect drives/fields had something to do with it

Samara almost levitates when you meet her, and the charge works pretty similarly.
It does seem confusing that the tech used to take mass away from an object so that it can travel at insane speeds is capable of certain things in the game. Mass effect fields are shit hot, though. Needs me some of that.
If it's space magic that means there are space wizards. Which means there could be space wizard towers that need looted. I say we get a party together and look into this. I could use some space loot right now.
I feel like we have the answer to how shepard's body was preserved in the fact that chunks of his armor survived re-entry. I mean, if the helmet survived, his brain may have been supersmooshed by the impact, but would have been kept 'in place'. and if the shoulder piece came into Legion's possession, who's to say what other meaty bits might have stayed intact. I want some of them kinetic barriers.

you know, I beat heavy rain and uncarted this past week, but then I moved onto infamous and man, after playing the first two, the characters in infamous really suck
so I might have to play through mass effect 2 again to wash that taste out of my mouth

I really enjoyed the cut scenes, maybe you are just a silly bird? I mean, yeah, his voice sounds like a blender full of gravel, but the game its self is super fun.
It's a game where you're playing as electric Jesus or Lightning Anti-Christ, and urban explorer and a guy who sounds like an over the top noir detective. just shut up and enjoy the ride.
I finished mine on insanity! On Thane's recruitment. I remember cause I'd wear down their defenses then hit AR and go all slow mo face punching.
Also, I finally just said "ok, fuck all these N7 and firewalker quests, it's time to get shit done" and finished insanity this morning. dakkadakkadakka makes the last part pretty cake, though I was running low on ammo for the first time in the game at the very end.
Now it's time for Turbo Shepard to have his day. Normal run, no talking to squad mates, no side missions except when it won't let me do plot missions, no opening boxes, etc. It will be horrific.
