you essentially can resolve the generic formula into however many numbers you want simply by adding an (n-x) term to the numerator and multiplying your divisor by r.

...a nice use of mixing up scenes in time to give later stuff added oomph, and most of all, I had no clue what was going to happen as the film progressed. Which is pretty damn rare these days.
