I see a serious lack of John Woo movies.

    Also,
    Air Con
    The Rock
    Versus(zombies+highlander+japanese)
    Equilibrium
    Smokin' Aces
    Boondock Saints
    Hot Fuzz
    Terminator 2
    Rambo series
Desperado/Once upon a Time in Mexico

Keep in mind I have no idea if all these are in Netflix, they just seemed like glaring omissions

    Also,
    Air Con -x
    The Rock -x
    Versus(zombies+highlander+japanese)
    Equilibrium
    Smokin' Aces -x
    Boondock Saints
    Hot Fuzz -x

X's are next to what ive seen. Didnt like any of them except smokin aces.

Ive heard of Equilibrium, but i know nothing about it or who is in it.

Never heard of versus. But it sounds awesome.

Also there was a serious lack of John Woo cause im a serious John Woo hater.

Add John woo to the list of HATE.

Add the terminator movies to the list of Hate.

In fact, add all Arnold Schwarzenegger films that arent Predator and Red Sonia to that list.

Rambo... there is a series i liked. And saw. Damn.. cant believe i forgot Rambo. The new one was amazing.

Desperado and Once upon a time in Mexico... good movies? Any info about them?

OKay, just to be clear, you hate AMERICAN John Woo right? Cause if you're saying you hate Hard Boiled, I don't think we can be friends. Same with Terminator 2 actually.

I quite like Equilibrium. It has a bunch of really neat action scenes that are a mix of guns and martial arts, and Christian Bale before he was all famous.

Desperado/Once upon a time- are by Robert Rodriguez. If you're looking for straight action, Desperado will probably fit the bill better. Also, From Dusk till Dawn by Tarantino/Rodriguez is also pretty good.

Seconding Equilibrium. It's a very derivative movie, taking elements from a bunch of different dystopian stories, but it does this so well, with so much style it's still fun.

    As for other movies:
    The Bourne Trilogy
    Pitch Black
    District 9
    Fifth Element
    Fight Club
    Road Warrior
    Stargate
    Taken
    Zombieland

    The Last Boy Scout
    Hudson Hawk
    Big Trouble in Little China
    Escape from New York
    The Dollars Trilogy
    La Femme Nikita
Desperado and Once upon a time in Mexico... good movies? Any info about them?

I enjoyed them. Solid action movies.

I would list just about every action movie I've seen, but here is pretty much the best list to go by

not a single movie on it will steer you wrong:

If you like Kung Fu movies, Drunken Master and Drunken Master 2 are really, really good. Early Jackie Chan at its best.

and if you want a heavy dose of 80's cheese, Robot Jox

I'm skeptical of any list that includes a photo of a speedo-bound JCVD in the first two paragraphs (but seriously, good suggestions)

I will add to the other listed movies here:

    Heat
    Leon (The Professional)
    Blade Runner
    Tombstone
    Payback
    Seven
    Alien/Aliens
    Indiana Jones and Raiders/Temple/Last Crusade
The Man With No Name series (The Good, The Bad &, The Ugly, etc)
pretty much anything directed by Akira Kurosawa
