I like Espeon better anyway, the only reason I was thinking of an Umbreon was because this dude has a 31 in special def.
He has a 28 in special atk, so he's good either way.

Unfortunately, that's about all I've found that Electivire can switch into without getting one hitted. For something so bulky looking it's quite the glass cannon.
