So, I'm blessed with a super fast metabolism and have spent my entire life eating crap without a care but that's all starting to change and I need to get on top of this shit before it gets out of hand.
So I need to learn about everything, really. I know nothing. The kind of stuff I want to know is what carbs/protein/etc are and what they're good for and where we get them from. Is it better to eat set meals or smaller snacks but more often? When is best to eat? That kind of junk you see nutritionists on TV talking about when they're not studying stool samples.
