It was a big hit.
The issue is is that I don't eat very much salt in my diet and two rashes completely fucks up my water levels for like the entire day.
This is because I usually drink about 4 liters of water a day and a big hit of salt just makes me retain almost all of it and I feel like shit for the rest of the day and can't really do any exercise.
