You have to beat arcade mode once I think to unlock it, and it shows up under sound options and only works in Versus or Online, not against the computer.

the most fun thing I have found to do to exploit stupidity with that ultra is to run all the way away and just tap down repeatedly. People will jump in and you will land the ultra. It's like magnetism for bad habits. Just like when I try to sweep when my opponent is knocked down. Then they srk and I get pissed.

I push the button while still in the final position of the qc. so for hadoken, D DF F+P then allow it to go to neutral or whatever position I need next.
