the first ace we got we pushed their second tower, inhibitor tower, inhibitor, nexus towers and nexus. we won while they were killing us having respawned. it was so early in the game they only had 30-40 second respawns.

Flat shield is terrible, because there is no way of increasing your energy pool or regen short of Golem buff, and "I blocked 1/2 of 1 attack from their carry," doesn't mean shit compared to the 1/4 of your entire resource pool it takes to do. If Morgana's Shield cost 400 mana, no one would use that outside of emergencies either.
It's my consensus, based on the fact I mained Shen before he was cool, and his old Feint was the garbage tier of garbage tier abilities, and his new Feint is nearly his old Feint again.

anyone know if his ultimate causes his single-target abilities to spell vamp as an aoe, or will it spell vamp for both the single target damage of the spell and the aoe around it?

Does Spell Vamp work on more than the ability's base damage? I've seen some very low HP gains from some very high damage abilities; I'm thinking it doesn't scale with AP.
So yeah, watching Phreak's spotlight on Olaf makes me think he's going to be a great character. Mostly because in the past the champ's he's had issues with have been better than the one's hes "owning" with.
I really don't appreciate how fucking quickly Olaf beats down Gragas in that video, even 3v1 as he kills one and then chops down Gragas and doesn't get the third only because he ran away.
Too bad Shen has oodles of health and an AOE Taunt and a global, shielding teleport

Really that is one hell of a nerf. Decreased ult ratio by .3, 20% less healing, and 15% less buff/debuff on attack speed? That's going too far.
Nope! Shen's new shield should be taken at levels 13/14/15/17/18. Itemize as a tank, as normal. Now you're just a tank without defensive abilities.
