Our new Indie Games subforum is now open for business in G&T. Go and check it out, you might land a code for a free game. If you're developing an indie game and want to post about it,
follow these directions. If you don't, he'll break your legs! Hahaha! Seriously though.
Our rules have been updated and given
their own forum. Go and look at them! They are nice, and there may be new ones that you didn't know about! Hooray for rules! Hooray for The System! Hooray for Conforming!

you really can only go so far in teaching emotional intelligence.
anyway, just dropping into note how useless you are, lh
So glad. Cruising on down to the end of my senior year
I think it's really funny to take a lot of APs, though. Because once you take the exams you get to do jack-shit in those classes until the end of the year.
He's a professional.
I'm almost half done my five
yeah seriously
don't want to wake up at 6:30 for the second day in a row
gotta love it when someone shows up and posts something incredibly ignorant or misapplied or just downright stupid and then when people call him an idiot and refuse to engage him he tries something like this to let out a bit of line and get people back "on-topic"

what? why would it be harder
AMP: i have to get up at FIVE

I'm kind of sad.
A bunch of tests at my school got pushed back into this late testing period because we lost a lot of school days to snow. And I know that my school offers make up testing because I know someone who slept through one of their AP tests and they were able to make it up.
what time do you normally wake up
also at least you don't live in Tennessee, where the exams are flooded-out
what do I win
A week of finals ahead of me
urrrrghhhh
The only bad thing is that some of the media and some people like to jerk each other off over how AMAZING this area is. Also the metro system is admittedly pretty crappy and run by morons.
What was his deal
Google+
here's hoping yes
and I have a lot more to say in terms of that
basically it's just adapting a paper I already wrote to include bioshock things
it's just hard to focus on because it's the LAST THING I have to do before next fall

Summer classes are always a total joke, though. They try to cram loads of stuff in but it doesn't work. In my experience, summer classes are hugely easier than their regular-term counterparts.
So yeah, good tip here: summer classes = easy.

No doubt about it. I never studied in my life. I got through school and university due to a combination of natural genius and figuring out the easiest routes to success. I took remedial classes in high school even though I rightly should have been taking AP classes. Remedial classes are easier, though. A lot of the people in these remedial classes were barely literate. Some didn't speak English. How could I possibly fail in such a class? Answer: I didn't.
University, same thing but a grander scale. First, I chose an easy university. Then I chose an easy major. Then I chose easy professors and easy classes. Five years later, hello graduation.
So it's just a matter of putting the effort in, really. But instead of bearing down and studying or whatever, you focus your energies on finding the easiest route to graduation. After all, the only thing that matters is the end (i.e. getting your high school diploma and then university degree). 99+% of what you actually learn is irrelevant nonsense that you'll never need. So why go the difficult route?
