yeah the 3 warcry buffs can be stacked.

i decided to finish up some of my first few characters, like my summon necro.
man having beast makes a huge difference in damage.
baal is actually killable without special revives or waiting like 5 minutes.
im thinking of making a pride in a shiny new eth 4os gpa to see how much damage i can output.

correct, you can keep the bonuses from all of your buff warcries at once

Allright. I came into this thread to rant about how "HOW IS THERE ANYTHING LEFT TO DISCUSS ABOUT THIS GAME?!" and then changed my mind.

I like it. Yeah. But singleplayer at most. Whats a good mod that tweaks the shape of the game?

Median XL is probably the best mod i've played. Considering i've played that... and nothing else.

I've soured some on Median XL. The insane clutter of stats! and more stats! and crafting! etc. doesn't really appeal, and a lot of their new skills are clunky and weird.

e: To be fair, a lot of Blizzard's skills are clunky and weird. I'm looking at you, Tornado.

Minions - my stance is putting a ban on them, but I'm open to suggestions. Chen's wolves had a ton on hp, and they regen as well.

Official Iron Man Rules (most of it is stolen)

Average Game Time: < 2 hours

The Number of Participants > up to 8
Meet up in channel PA on US East at the designated time. Someone will hand out a random tag and game name/password, make a new Hardcore character with the tag and join that game.

The first part of the game is the Ironman Leveling Phase.
Once all the player characters join the game, they will proceed to turn on the loot options on the party screen and party up with all other players in the Rogues Encampment. Once everyone’s joined, just start leveling up to 9. Once you hit 9, immediately return to town.

The second part is the Ironman Rest.
Once an Ironman character reaches Level 9, you must immediately return the Ironman character to the Rouge Encampment, and then un-party with the rest of the Players characters participating in the Ironman event and wait. This is to allow time for the rest of the characters to reach level 9 and to allow any and all shrine bonuses to wear off (buffing). While waiting the Player Characters may purchase items from Akara, Charsi, or Gheed at their discretion. They should empty their belts of all Health, and Rejuvenation potions that they may have found during the leveling portion of the game. (As during the dueling portion of the event you may not use any Health Potion, Rejuvenation Potion, or any shrines that increases your characters stamina, health, mana, or skills).

The third and final part of the Ironman is the Dueling Phase.
Once everyone’s reached level 9, everyone is to hostile each other. Duels will only take place in Blood Moor, no health/rejuv potions and shrines are to be used. The FFA will begin with a simple “start” when everyone’s outside in the Blood Moor

Restrictons on Character Classes:
Amazon - none
Assassin – dragon talon
Barbarian - bash
Druid – spirit wolves, recasting ravens
Necromancer – summons, recasting bone armor
Paladin – prayer, holy fire, smite
Sorceress - none


Not allowed /NO
No Character will have a mercenary.
No cheats/hacks. (This is a No brainer!).
No 100% evasive play. (This means no running around in circles to avoid death.)
No Characters will have any Item(s) muled-in from outside of the Ironman game either by going to a transfer game prior to joining an Ironman event, or brought in by friends during the Rest & Inspection Phase.
No Character at any time during the dueling phase may/will use any Health Potion or any Rejuvenation Potion,
No Character above the level 9 at any time shall level their character during the dueling phase of the Ironman.

Let me know if I'm missing anything major. Like I said, I'm open to anything goes. None of the rules are concrete if enough people complain/whine. Main prize will be a Ber, not sure about consolation prizes atm.

In the other news: my latest D2 project is a Kicksin optimistically fated for Ubers. She just crushed normal Diablo, but that super-fast Venom Lord pack... eeeeeeeeeeeeeesh.

Are there any mods to this game that just add cool new unique/set items, and not crazy skills/levels/monsters?

An item library seems like the most common and obvious mod in a game like this, but I haven't been able to locate one.

Yeah, thats the exact sort of thing I'm looking for. Crazy new classes, different item mechanics, something that takes the basic core yummyness of Diablo and gives me new twists, new non-expectations.

e: up for dicking around in Hell as well. Bowazon's still interesting enough for me, it certainly kills a lot of stuff, but pretty expensive. I'm sure a budget build still tears shit up, but I feel limited in the areas I can run. Right now I do Chaos and sometimes Pit, but Diablo is dicey sometimes (yuck to 700 hp). WSK/Gloams are out of the question, not sure where else is lv. 85 and non-PI

I though CB was capped at like 90% or something? Maybe not, I am forgetting all this Diablo stuff.

%CB per hit is capped at 100%, so you can get crushing blow on every successful attack. But your chance to hit is capped at 95%.

Ooohh yeah. They said it definitely won't be released in 2012, so it's either 2011 or after. But D2 will always have a place in my heart </3

I think I would be fine with a skill revamp, different storyline, and new insane crazy and lots of items. That would suit me just fine, idk if i'm going to like the 3D looking diablo

hey, so yeah. Haven't even been botting, Starcraft 2 consumes my life. If someone wants some stuff, all the crap I found is on pamule2. As far as stuff I was actually using. I figure I'll get rid of 4 or 5 bots. All Hammerdins (Wiz Spike, Enigma, Shako or a 2/20... other stuff.

I found a Monarch of Easement(?) -Requirements. 4os, stuffed a few 5/5 lite facets in and wished it was a Monarch of Deflecting.

Thinking about it I should of named my bots 0-7 i.e. stfuad, stfuadOne etc... hindsight is a bitch.
