Has anyone had success with 360 cooling supplies?

One of the fans on my 360 died, and need to be replaced. The thing keeps over heating on me now.
I'm looking around and the Whisper Fan claims it's 50 something percent better at cooling and 7% quieter. And then there's this core cooler from the same company.

But I don't know if anything works. I had a little nyko fan attachment years ago but I don't think it ever did anything.

    what you need is to bind a ghost to that sucker with some pentagrammic wards
