Because that would mean that the insurance company would actually have to pay. Do you realize how much money they'd lose if they actually payed for this stuff?
wait, how is it not theft if they stole the rims and tires?
only to the insurance company. you still file a report with the police.
y'know. i'm not entirely sure what happens if they catch the guys. i guess then you'd appeal to the insurance company with an arrest report if they can't recover the property.
but the deduc issue renders it moot.

I live in a pretty nice part of Brooklyn, and one morning my roommate came out to discover her car on the lean. As in they took the tires from just one side. And they left the jack underneath, so she had to take it to a mechanic to make sure there was no damage.
And it was the day before she was going to hand it off to a guy she sold it to.

The cameras caught a car slowly circling all the buildings, but didn't catch a plate nor did it catch them actually in the act.
Your last deck had cameras on every floor. Does your current spot not have one in that little area? Are there not cameras on all of the gates? Is there one universal gate code, or are they assigned by tenant? I thought your last one corresponded to your apartment number. I mean, I know it's not all that hard to tail someone through those gates.
Also, I'm out Friday-Sunday evening for the wedding, but if you need a ride somewhere any other day and Nikki isn't available, let me know.
The picture makes it look like it's being supported by only two bricks. If that's the case, uh, have you added more support?
I think it is three, but they look like decorative bricks used for making retaining walls, in which case adding more support would be a really good idea.

It's clearly on three blocks. Tripods are nature's most stable form.
And look at that parking job. Way over the line. I would've ripped your wheels off just for that.
appreciate it
and no, there are no cameras under building 6, a fact which I made very clear to the property manager while he was standing next to my vehicle. He seemed to "get it", but that doesn't help me one bit.
and there should be cameras at each gate, minimal, but I don't think theres any cameras on the side gate. Which seems a little foolish, since thats the gate that non-residents have to use. The gate codes are assigned to each tenant, but the fucking code is your apartment number.

there are three, I'll be stopping by somewhere after work, and after nikki gets home, to get something better.

it's largely useless to even have the gates.
Well, in that case, I'm going to go ahead and guess they don't log code entries either. Still, you should ask. We can compare entry time to the security footage time. Then we can go kneecap whoever lives in that apartment, even if the thieves just typed random numbers.

how fucking convenient
Give him a ride to work.
Or Stale could just call in Crippled.
The only thing that will fix this is the scotch treatment.
Secret Satan 2013 Wishlist
There's a Travelers office here at work. Maybe I should go yell at them for being dicks.
Or just cancel all of their elevator passcards.
Either way.

Haha my boss says that when he quotes weddings sometimes.
That's a hell of a lot of money of car parts Stale. Can you do anything like report it, doesn't the car park have CCTV?
I need to call Grissom. Get some professionals on this shit.

In reality, I know the cops have more important shit to do.
This is not the same at all, but it did kinda suck.
I did, thats how I got them to review the tapes.

I'd need to set-off a largish nuclear device....
I think he meant the car model on the video footage.
