    I was talking to this guy I know last night, he's a cook at one of the top restaurants in Ottawa.

    He said one of the main reasons they're all over the place is because Hell's Kitchen goes from 0 to Full instantly.

    Yeah, they put the "chefs" in a shitty spot by doing that. There's about 20 tables for each time and they get the orders for every table at the same time. If Gordon spaced it out so four tables came every 10 minutes or so they could probably get through a service a bit more smoothly
