I went on the overnight "wild cave expedition" here

a few miles in someone slipped and dislocated his shoulder. Had to drag his ass through miles of air duct like tunnels and deep canyons. Also, our guide was a 22 year old kid in a Batman t-shirt.

The first session of the Dark Sun Encounters season was pretty brutal. The adventure specifically said that some of the monsters should target the character I was playing (an elf ranger) so I ended up being bloodied and immobilized before I even had a turn. Things pretty much went downhill from there. I got to throw one dagger during the entire fight. I was immobilized and then unconscious the whole time.
