i just gotta say how grateful i am to everyone who's been reading these and saying nice things :^: it makes me immensely happy to know you enjoy it. i don't get this kind of immediate feedback as a writer often, certainly not to this extent, and to kind of remove myself from the usual academia of analysis and heavy critique and see instead "this is great. write more." has really reminded me why i bloody write stories in the first place
i know it's just a silly forum battle but i've really gotten a lot out of it and i can be fucking sappy about it if i want, jesus
