Steampunk movie help!

Do any of you know a recent Sci-fi steampunk movie that, I believe, was on syfy channel?

I remember they are having an airbattle then their ship gets blown up, and they take an escape pod. One guy gets impaled on something and they leave him a grenade to blow himself up with.

I think it was a British show. Maybe it was some kind of long episode of Dr. Who or something, it seemed to have a similar quality, though I haven't seen much of that either.

any ideas?

...sorry for the vagueness, I only saw it on tv for maybe 15 minutes then had to do something else. Looked interesting though.

    It's meh. I wouldn't call it terrible but it's not great either.

    If you have any history with the minis game, you'll be disappointed.

    Please note - I love action movies with no plot to get in the way of the awesome carnage. And there really isn't plot to speak of here.

    Just FYI, Mutant Chronicles is on Netflix on demand, so you can watch it online or stream it to your 360.

    Mutant Chronicles was awesome. And the production style is very unique... all CGI essentially, like "Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow" which makes it comic/cartoon like in some places
