    I wouldn't compare the two. They are both very blues driven although TDW is way heavier. You can definitely hear a bit of Jack's influence in the guitar/lyrics even though he plays the drums.

    Saw them at Coachella, and am going to see them again on the 21st. They put on a hell of a fucking show.

    Personally, I like them way more. Jack's on the drums this time which is a nice change of pace. They are also way harder, and Alison Mossheart is the perfect singer for the type of hard blues they are going for.
