Tzeentch's next DIAL reward is +5 VP - keep that in mind when considering how everything will turn out.
Hindsight is 20-20, but had Tzeentch decided to go for a DIAL victory last round, using a teleport to get out to Norsca and dragging another Warpstone up there, plus pulling the last one back from Estalia, he would be in an extremely strong position this round. When I stopped play, it was to make sure he understood that a Teleported acolyte could bring a Warpstone along on the journey.
