I don't know dude, I'd accept the game if it was pretty much anyone but Potter himself from the verse.
They should have made it prequel to the books with a create a character system and you as a member or either the origional OotP, Auror or Death Eater. I would wholly accept murderin some Death Eaters as an Auror in the days when using the AK was ok

And I am fully in support of this game
You might think of "adventure" and not combat when it comes to HP, but the last six games that they've put out focus on an adventuring side of it and...well, they're very mediocre to bad.
So let them go nuts with a shooter, and for the adventuring stuff, I'll just play Lego Harry Potter, which is awesome.
