I don't care what it is, it tastes good. I don't buy that organic, sugar-instead-of-HFCS, stuff made from real tea leaves harvested by orphans in Nepal because I take care of my body, I buy it because it's delicious.
Sometimes a cheap can of faketea is what I wanna drink, and if I'm making tea I'm making some hot tea, I'm not going to bother to chill that shit.
And now I want some Naked Juice, goddamn that stuff is expensive.
Well, I'm back from Minnesota. I'll post a 100% character tomorrow so I can join the beta test.
I'll probably create a beta-only character, but if I can't think of a concept I like I'll just use Rick Thunder. I spent some of my vacation fleshing him out.
I also spent a lot of time playing Dragon Quest IX.

I have a small folder entitled "PEOPLE I OWE STUFF" which is filled with any and all doodles done of me
there's another called "PEOPLE I HAVE REPAID" but that one is much smaller
I really should fix that
I guess I do have a hundred bucks that I could spend on a tablet if I really wanted to
but the thing is I'm still figuring out anatomical stuff on paper and digital drawerings might make that even tougher
and I don't wanna post in the AC because it's scary in there
Appearance:
Rick Thunder is a 40-year-old man with a healthy tan, a full head of well-groomed, black hair, a booming baritone voice, and the most chiseled jaw you'll ever see. He always wears dark blue pants and a shirt, black combat boots, and a long, white lab coat with his logo prominently displayed on the breast pocket. His most common accessories are a pocket watch that can be set to four different timezones and a pair of round, protective goggles he created with leather, brass and a chunk of a durable, turquoise crystal.
I'm still not entirely sure if Adventurer's Son is an okay trait. World Traveler would be more clear, but might not get the same information across (world travelers don't necessarily know about ancient Aztec traps, for example). I could also go with Adventurer, but that's seems more like a profession than a background.
Thoughts?
I'll type up a simple backstory and design his logo a little later. My copy of Starcraft II is calling to me.
That is to say, tho, I don't think anything's too wrong with adventurer's son. I think it's a pretty commonly known and established archetype, from the Huey, Dewey and Louie of Ducktales/Scrooge McDuck fame to Johnny Quest and subsequently Venture Bros.

Sorry for the lack of updates today. I'll be around all day tomorrow, though, so expect lots of movement then.
Also, Release is... say 74% complete. Skills need to be finished up, Stress, Special, Spotlight, and the RADlands expansion needs to be written, then we're good.
