Hopefully someone has an idea here. Comcast tech support is absolutely useless. I can reset my cable modem on my own thank you very much.
My receive light on my DOCSIS 3-capable modem is showing blue, signaling bonded channels. Problem is my area doesn't have DOCSIS 3 service yet. My download speeds are absolute shit - less than 1MB/sec. I'm usually in the 15-20MBps range.
Anyone know what this is or why I'd be showing bonded channels when I don't have DOCSIS 3 service?
