Our new Indie Games subforum is now open for business in G&T. Go and check it out, you might land a code for a free game. If you're developing an indie game and want to post about it, follow these directions. If you don't, he'll break your legs! Hahaha! Seriously though.
Our rules have been updated and given their own forum. Go and look at them! They are nice, and there may be new ones that you didn't know about! Hooray for rules! Hooray for The System! Hooray for Conforming!

I posted this question in the Space Sim thread but haven't gotten any replies, so I thought I'd just make a thread about it.
So for the last couple of years I've been using the Ace Combat 5 Hori flightstick with the beta drivers some Japanese dude made. I recently upgraded to Windows 7, which the drivers don't work for. I also have an old Sidewinder FF2, but I prefer the more modern HOTAS sticks (plus I hate the FF centering of the FF2, since it doesn't work in most games).
So it's time to buy a new stick! I'm planning to pool money I get for my birthday this weekend to buy it. My budget will be anywhere from $100 to maybe $150.
Googling around, I've seen good and bad things about Saitek sticks. Anyone have any experience with either of these? Should I spring for the Pro (Amazon has it for $140)? Are there other options I should consider?
