I was surprised that after such a short bit of DLC Kasumi became one of my favorite characters in ME2. I love her personality and her ability is pretty badass as well.

However I do get pissed whenever I go to her room on the ship and I find no dialog trees.

Well, they hunted Geth for like months after that before the Collectors attacked...I assume when they weren't racing against the clock, they stopped in outposts, colonies, cities etc. and got laid.

In ME3, I'd like to have access to all the rooms in my ship, even if I don't have a person to put in there yet. What if I had to see something floating alongside the ship, but couldn't because Samara wasn't around to meditate?

Kasumi is an exception, of course, since her room is obviously locked because she locked it before meeting you, back when she infiltrated the Normandy and smuggled her bar, holochair, desk, plants, paintings, and books in. Then when she meets you, she's all "see you on the ship, Shepard!", like she hasn't been there the whole time and kept cloaking ahead of you every time you stopped at the citadel until you "recruited" her. Sly.
