I was working on an entry for this but my tablet stopped working halfway through. Don't know if I can be bothered to try and mouse the rest because it will look pretty awful.
It was kind of done in Naruto if you count anime
A turtle was used as the theme for one of the tailed beasts, which ended up being slightly draconic because of size and aforementioned tails plus it used water as a projectile.
Yours looks different enough, but if you aren't settled on that design I'd say do a lot more and try to find some really weird turtle shapes.

There's some great dragons in here, but I think I'm ready to vote for this unfinished masterpiece of cuteness.

While there are so many amazing ideas already, I'm gonna toss my idea out here that I liked (despite all the thumbnails I did which were exactly opposite.)

Business Dragon makes deals like a sonofabitch and has slept with every girl in the secretary pool at least twice, even the ugly one, y'know the one, with the buck teeth, and the stink.
He's got a power suit, a power attitude, a power office and a power boat. He's the black in your profit margin and the biggest slice in your excel pie chart.
People don't do business with Business Dragon, Business Dragon does business with them, their wives and their entire family. If your office doesn't have Business Dragon, it's not an office at all, it's after school care for girly men, and unsatisfied ladies.
Whatever you do, don't mention that his tie is mussed.
