Weird GnuPG/kleopatra.exe issue with FireFox

Anyone know the cause or solution?
Basically after browsing for an undetermined amount of time Firefox will stop loading webpages. If I'm in the PA forums it's more noticeable, since I often right click and open new windows in tabs. What happens is a new tab is opened, but it is titled (Untitled). It has a URL in it, but if I hit refresh, the icons in the tool bar light up appropriately, but for only a second, and then nothing.
If I click on a link to a thread, it will do the same. Act like it will load but immediately stop.
If I open up the task manager and end kleopatra.exe FireFox will act like it should.
