    i'd like it if everyone just used stuff you can do in gen 5 wrt tm's and stuff

    because i can't keep track of 3 generations of move tutors and tms and shit

    (and because fuck stealth rock)

    I'm gonna try to form my team from only new guys, so you probably won't have to worry about stealth rock from that

    but my sandstorm team uses stealth rock and I won't apologize for it

    I know how you feel

    and SR isn't a move I would typically use, I'm less about setup and more about hitting people in the face

    but it's out there and it's not THAT hard to deal with, there are enough spinners around that there's no reason you couldn't have one on your team

    I mean we could all agree to ban stealth rock in battles here, and that'd be fine with me, but I'd rather have it on the occasional team where it's appropriate and just deal with it like any other thing

    yeah I'm not against the move in and of itself

    I just think it's way too widespread

    and they've fixed that in Gen V

    but it doesn't matter because you can bring stuff in from Gen IV

    stealth rock is just straight-up bullshit, especially with the prevalence of monotyped/themed teams around here

    spikes and toxic spikes yeah, those are entry hazards I'm fine with
    but stealth rock is just so easy to set up and so devastating to so many awesome dudes that it makes me froth with rage
