Quick question: Music library organization software?

The usual answer is Musicbrainz Picard, right? Is there any better, or other suggestions? Particularly for OSX?

    iTunes makes stupid folders. I don't care that a different composer is on the track. Keep it with the rest of an album.

    iTunes is mostly being a little bitch about it. I find it's good for cover art, but it doesn't seem to like to co-operate with tags and song titles unless you directly ripped the CD with iTunes itself -- it doesn't like music that was transferred.

    Also, I'm finding iTunes is absolutely cruddy at managing dupes.
