Additional Notes/Requests: I am one person booked for a 2 double beds room, so I technically have an extra bed, but we can probably fill more people as needed. Also, please check the location of the hotel on a map, its not walkable (unless 50 minute walk sounds reasonable). I am driving to and from the convention, 10 min drive, so my plans are to leave early for the convention each morning to find parking. If anyone does stay at the room, I will drive from the hotel to convention and back when needed, I am flexible on this, but my idea is once I am at PAX, to stay until the end of the day.
I will be checking in to the hotel after the 1st day of PAX most likely, since I am driving straight to the convention on Friday and using the room only to sleep, (don't know at what time I'll check in on Friday, TBD, but I'm flexible to others if need be).
We would be splitting the cost (preferably), check online for the average price to give u an idea. Around $60 per person per night if split by 2 people, so for 3 people in the room, its $40 each, etc. You don't have to stay the final night (Sun-Mon), but I am at least. I am flexible on the price too, let me know, some sharing is better than none.
I'm 27, laid-back, quite (at times), and very respectful. Also, all I ask is you have good hygiene, respect others stuff and privacy, and non-smoking. Also, I'm not at PAX to get drunk or anything, partying is ok, but with a limit. Communication is key. :^:

Hi I am still looking for space I am taking the train into the city and then walking the few blocks which is like 10 mins to the con center. I am one single guy not a lot of stuff, smell good and work in the media and brodcasting covering PAX. I am looking for anything I can get with in reason. Additional Notes/Requests: Here's the deal: I live in a 1-bedroom apartment in Brookline, a block away from a train stop which, for $2 a ride, will get you to within a 5-minute walk to the convention center. I have a fold-out couch with a legit mattress and bedding in a separate room from my bedroom. I keep a clean apartment, and I have a spare key. (Honestly, aside from my cat there is literally nothing of value here, so I'm willing to be trusting with the key and such). Drinking and smoking are ok, no cigarettes inside though.
I'm not looking to rent out my spare room for money. All I'm looking for is a 3-day pass. If you're someone who has an extra pass and has found themselves without a place to stay, I'm willing to make a trade: room/board for the pass!
I know this is kind of a weird posting, but I was supposed to be buying a pass from someone in the Have/Need thread, and they seem to have bailed on me, so I'm desperate for a way to get into the con.
