They forgot a comma between "fantasy" and "role-playing".
No fantasy role-playing is a genre.
Every friend needs their drawer full of Kalkino vomit.
I am pleased.
That's precisely the reason I never want to become a GP though, you'd get so many people coming in going "oh noes I have a tiny cold and my temperature is 1 degree above normal".
Echo is right. They also forgot a comma between "kick" and "butt."
You don't have to be a GP for that
Doc my back hurts when I carry heavy shit
Doc my nose is running
Doc I can't sleep at night
Doc I cut myself on a rusty piece of unidentifiable metal buried in the dirt
Yeah, no, all GP 'cept the last one where it's probably best they show up in A&E.
edit: well I guess the back thing could be A&E if it's truly awful and they've like ruptured a disc or something acutely.
My dick is purple
My breath stinks
I have a headache
I hit my pinky with a hammer
A camel spit on me
At first I was like D:.
But then I was like .
I didn't say you wouldn't get that as a GP
I said you don't have to be a GP
Dragons and fantasy?
Okay.
I'm just say that if I'm going to be a part of first-line medicine I sure as hell am not going to be dealing with subacute and boring crap.
Also GPs have difficult jobs..
Edit: To the first part of that. I'm sure being a GP is hard.
There's always stuff happening in A&E whenever I'm around.
Who the fuck comes in to A&E with "I can't sleep" as their reason to be there?
Stuff like "I'm in incredible pain" or "I can't breathe properly" or "I just fell, and I don't know why" or "I have this big cut here" are reasons to come in.
If someone came in with "I can't sleep" I'd probably see them quickly as them about it then tell them to fuck off ten minutes later and go to their GP.
Not A&E.
In America, yeah. You can go see a GP in the UK for free with your problems.
So people tend to be sensible and do that.
note: I don't think I could live with myself if I bunked off to America to work as a doctor there.
Actually I think "trouble sleeping" is probably the most common complaint I deal with. No, wait, colds are. Then trouble sleeping.
What seriously?
Cause like I had incredibly terrible food poisoning for a couple of days and eventually got my flat mate to call 999. They asked me some questions and were then like "yeah, no, we're not sending anyone - just drink some fluid replacement stuff and wait it out okay?"
If someone called saying they couldn't sleep I bet they'd just laugh.
Neither do I, actually. I hate hospitals. They're full of sick people.
