    A) the book we had to read was terrible
    B) the class is a Q&A session with the author
    C) I was pretty active with the last guy who came in
    D) I haven't missed this class yet

    I try and poop 2-4 times a day. Nothing major, just regular old poop. Usually once right before I shower in the morning, once mid-day, and once or twice in the evening after I get off work.
